1. Their "nutritionally poor" bamboo diet is more than sufficient considering that they live in forests made of bamboo, and without competition for resources
2. They don't have problems reproducing in the wild, they reproduce just as much as black bears
3. They are beautiful and are a natural wonder to be protected, their "cuteness" objectively makes them more valuable, cope and seethe
4. We humans were the ones responsible for their downfall by cutting down their habitats that they lived in for millions of years, it's a good thing we started protecting them
