<Kuragehime, there is a bit of romance in there. Also Net-juu no Susume. Both series the FL are unemployed. Don't suppose you would want old man/high school girl in what would basically be considered grooming, still, Koi to Yobu ni wa Kimochi Warui. Same theme but better execution Koi wa Ameagari no You ni. Ristorante Paradiso, not exactly rich man/poor girl, but it is a good show. Rec, again, not exactly what you want but also a good show.
